1. Introduction
Welcome to Pet Grooming Mi Mundo, located at 2351 N Alvernon Way Suite 185, Tucson, AZ.

By accessing or using our pet grooming and care services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Pet Grooming Mi Mundo and its clients, establishing mutual rights and responsibilities.

2. Services offered
Pet Grooming Mi Mundo specializes in personalized canine grooming and wellness, tailoring each service to the individual needs of each pet.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

✔️ Nail trimming and filing
✔️ Ear cleaning and dental care
✔️ De-shedding and sensitive skin treatments

We are committed to providing the highest level of care and well-being to each pet in our care.

3. Appointment and Cancellation Policy
📅 Reservations:

Appointments must be scheduled through our website, phone, or in person.
Availability is subject to demand and prior confirmation.
🚫 Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
If you do not cancel on time, a 50% charge of the booked service will apply.
⏳ Late Arrivals:

If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment could be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability on the day.
If there is no availability to reschedule, the 50% cancellation fee will apply.
⚠️ Difficult or Aggressive Pets:

If a pet shows aggression or extreme stress, the service may be suspended for the safety of the pet and the team.
In this case, the owner is still responsible for 50% of the payment for the reserved service.

4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and smooth experience, the client must:
✔️ Provide truthful information when scheduling the appointment.
✔️ Report any behavioral issues or special needs.
✔️ Keep mandatory vaccinations up to date for the safety of your pet and our staff.
✔️ Ensure that the pet does not have any contagious health problems before your appointment.
✔️ Be responsible for any damage caused by your pet in our facilities.

5. Use of products and allergies

At Pet Grooming Mi Mundo, we use products of natural origin to ensure the well-being of your pet.

🐾 Allergies and reactions:

If your pet has known allergies, the owner must inform us before the service.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products if they were not previously informed.

6. Payment Methods and Refunds

Credit/debit cards.
Electronic payments.
Cash.
🚫 Refunds:

We do not offer refunds once the service is completed, except in exceptional cases and at the discretion of Pet Grooming Mi Mundo.

7. Authorization for Publication of Photos
📷 Photography and social networks:

We can take photographs of the pets during the service for promotional purposes.
If the owner does not want their pet to be photographed, they must inform us before the appointment.

🐶 At Pet Grooming Mi Mundo, we take care of each pet with love and professionalism, but we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing medical conditions.
Adverse reactions to treatments if we were not previously informed.
Injuries resulting from illnesses or conditions hidden by the owner.

Clients are encouraged to provide complete medical information about their pet prior to each service.
